Shahid Hakla Poonchi, is an independent columnist, published author, researcher, and public speaker from Jammu & Kashmir, India. His work is driven by a deep interest in understanding society, human behavior, culture, psychology, leadership, and public affairs.

Over the years, he has contributed more than 60 published articles to leading newspapers across India and Jammu & Kashmir including Hindustan Times, Daily Excelsior, Kashmir Observer, Kashmir Images, State Observer, Early Times etc. addressing contemporary social issues, cultural dynamics, public policy, education, and personal development. He holds an MBA in International Business and Human Resource Management (Gold Medalist) and has developed expertise in research, communication, leadership, and organizational studies.
